NEW Music Ad Video Maker (30 Ads in Minutes)

Discover how Hypeddit’s new ad video maker lets music artists quickly create dozens of engaging video ads to test and boost their music marketing results.

Quick summary

Creating compelling video ads is crucial for music marketing success, but not every artist has abundant social media content to use. Hypeddit’s new free tool simplifies this by enabling artists to generate multiple video ads from different song sections, stock footage, and text overlays, all within minutes. This approach helps artists experiment with various combinations to find what resonates best with their audience. The tool supports diverse genres and styles, making it especially useful for artists who don’t perform live or lack performance footage. While video rendering can be slow, the ability to produce many ad variations effortlessly provides meaningful value. This feature complements other marketing efforts by expanding the range of video content available for testing and optimization.

If you've been marketing your music with ads, you probably know that the videos you use are the most important part of the equation aside from the song itself. That's what people actually see when you run your ads. And as a result, you need to test a bunch of different visuals to see what works best. Different parts of the song, different videos, do you have text? Do you not have text? Do you have lyrics, etc. There's a lot of variables you can try. And uh not every type of artist has a bunch of awesome social media content. Ideally, you'd have content with you in them performing your song, but what if you're an EDM artist that you don't really perform? uh or you just need even more stuff to try because it's not always that this the Tik Tok style content that works the best for your ads. You want to experiment with different styles. And so Hypedit, which is a smart link platform a lot of you may be aware of, has a new free tool to make videos. So often people will use Hypedit to make landing pages like this, smart links, where you can go run like a meta conversion campaign and track your results, which you can see how to do here. Um but they have this new tool that's included. So, if you log into your Hyped account and go up to the top right to this bonus tool section, they have a few things. One, they have the Spotify playlist deep link building thing, but they have this new ad video maker, and that's what we're talking about today. So, I have queued up a song by my band, every moment. Uh, this is probably not the best example cuz it's like a metal track. It's probably the hardest type of video for this to make, but we're going to have fun with it. You'll probably have an easier time with this when it comes to EDM, pop, a lot of instrumental music like sleep stuff, lowfi, R&B, like I think metal is probably one of the worst examples, but that's the kind of music I work on. Hard rock, all metal stuff. So, using that example, but basically you can move these little time selectors to choose part of the song you want. So, I'm going to go find that. All right. So, what I've done is I've chosen a 32 second long part of the song that I think is a good part of the song to test. It starts right at a verse and it goes just to the start of a chorus and I'll play a little chunk of it so you can kind of see what I mean. [music] Starts right at that verse and then it goes into this uh chorus part. [music] [music] Then it ends a little bit in there. So, I don't want to give too much away cuz I want people to want to click and go to my song. And then I'm just going to click create audio and it's going to go generate that audio clip. Now, I I could go in and pick like perfect parts of the song. Just since this is, for example, I'm just going to pick some random parts for the sake of time. So, I'm just moving this, but you would obviously go in and fine-tune the start and end of all these things to to do it. And you want to pick three distinctly different parts of the song. So, a verse, a chorus, a bridge, a pre chorus. And remember, you can go back in and do this multiple times. There's no limit like that. You can only do these three. You could go back in and do three more parts of the song. And the more visuals, the merrier for the most part. Um, and once we have your three, you click next. And now you can either upload video files. So if you have videos that you know you already want to use, you can use them or you can import from Pixels, which is a free stock footage site, which is what we're going to do here. So again, if you have videos, use them. But we're going to import. So this is a metal song. It's kind of like a, you know, you see here I typed in sunset because I felt like a sunset would have fit when I was testing it. This is kind of like I don't know for me this song I feel like underwater stuff kind of fits with it. There's the feeling of being claustrophobic or feeling like you're drowning is in the lyrics. So, you know, you could preview these clips. Import. So, once you have five, and you don't have to pick five, but you probably will. Um, now you have your videos and you can click next. And now you can do text. So you can do several different text options or you could do one. It's probably good to play around with a couple. Just don't go crazy here because essentially each thing you're adding here is like a multiplication, right? So if you have three videos and three audio parts, you now have nine videos. And if you have three textbooks, you have 27 total combinations, which is a lot of ads, but you don't necessarily need that level of granularity. Like I would say the song sections really the song is most important. Song sections are one of the next most important. The video that's showing is pretty close to the song sections. The text on screen is is less important. Still important, but less important. So, here um let's say I would do something like you're the uh you're the one in your friend group that finds new alt metal music. I've actually used this as a hook before and it worked decently well. Um, so this could be one text hook. And apparently resizing this is a little bit of a problem. So I might have to just adjust. You could do lyrics. And if you have better hooks, again, I'm doing this on the fly here just to kind of show you what I mean. Um, and then you click next once you have whatever you want. In this case, I did two. So we have five videos, we have three audio clips, and we have two text hooks. So that should in theory be 30 videos. If I click next. Yeah, 30 videos, right? So, three audio files, five video backgrounds, two text overlays, 30 videos, and then we click generate videos and then we wait. All right, so I will say this is fairly slow, but this probably something you would just do before you went to bed and you'd wake up and you have 30 videos that you could use. So, it kind of doesn't matter how fast or slow it is to that extent, but also keep in mind this is a free tool and video rendering is an expensive thing. So, I'd imagine they're using cheaper stuff while it's free. I could totally imagine this being a paid option or paid upgrade in in hyped it. But either way, once you have it, I have one video that I'll show you. See, it essentially just [music] it generated the video like exactly what we expected it to be. Used a part of the song. It has the hook on there. It has the the video in the background. It's just going through and just doing every combination of all of this, which is fantastic. Obviously, this might not be your only video types you do. You might have more Tik Tok style performance content that that you're doing. Um, and that's all great, but this is another style of video that's that's pretty easy to make and it just gives you more stuff to test. Now, I will say this video was not sponsored by Hyped in any way. Uh, they don't even know I'm making this video. But, um, I have had an affiliate link with Hyped for forever, which you can find down below if you want to get I think I have the longest free trial of anyone in Hyped. It gives you two weeks. I think their website only gives you a week and I think my links gives you two. Either way, click the link below if you want to try Hypedit. Uh they are a great landing page smart link platform that I I used for years. In fact, they still use it regularly for a lot of clients that I work with. Um I mean hyped it regularly running running their ads. Now I will say one thing about hyped it is um they offer they have like an automated ad campaign thing. I'm never I've never been a fan of like the automated ads. Not specifically for hyped it, but like all the other platforms use it. So, Smart Noise and then Gend has his new thing and feature fem even to a degree has automated ad platforms. I'm always a fan of doing yourself running the back end of ads manager the old-fashioned manual way, but hyped it's great at making those links and it's also really good for things like download gates if you want to like start collecting emails and stuff and they also have lifetime fan. So, hyped it cool platform. really dig it. And this is a new feature that I think is great because even if you're even if you're like making your own videos or you don't even use hype like but you have it. It's like just kind of a cool tool to be able to make even more videos in a time where videos are extra important. So anyways, if you want to see more information about how you can run campaigns like the type I talked about in this video, check out this playlist right here to see a whole bunch of stuff covering this nuts and bolts start to finish of running campaigns like that. And make sure you subscribe so you don't miss another upload. Anyways, thanks for watching and I'll see you next video. Bye.
